There is a China town that has lots of Asian restaurants as well. There are a lot to do here so study in Manchester could keep you busy every day.

Manchester is notable for its architecture, culture, musical exports, media links, scientific and engineering output, social impact, sports clubs and transport connections. The city also welcomes international students from everywhere. There are many university students and young adults studying language courses and university here. There are many good language schools, high schools, and universities in the city center area. The courses start from 2 weeks up to 11 months duration for English intensive courses, exam preparation course or university preparation course, which is quite popular for international students. Many students also come for university degree because there are many great colleges and universities here as well.

Living in Manchester is quite convenient. It is a big town so there are things to do and explore in the city. There are lots of shops, restaurants, café and department stores. You do not have to go shopping in London but if you want to, there are trains running every day until midnight and it takes only about 2 hours to the center of London. Lake District National Park is about 2 hour away. If you want to visit Edinburgh on weekend, it is just 3 hours away. It is definitely a good location with transportations. There are city tram and city bus available. They also have an international airport in the city. You can spend your school break visiting EU countries if you wish. It is just 1 hour 30 minutes to Paris. This is may be a reason why university students and young adults like to come to study in Manchester.
